2BC continues to develop disciples for Jesus Christ. That’s our mission given to us by our Lord and Savior.

Worship is vital to discipleship, and to help you engage in worship the best way possible right now, we want to encourage you to worship online as we will not be gathering in person for worship. There are several reasons for this.

First, we are all thinking about staying safe these days from the virus which means utilizing online worship only for the next few months. The setup we planned for worship in fellowship hall followed the social distancing protocols we all live with right now, but this resulted in less space for worshipers than we expected. So, worshiping online only will protect you as a congregant and safeguard the staff and the volunteers as they lead worship and broadcast its content.

Next, the worship center and Welcome Center restrooms are undergoing an extensive remodel. To keep you safe from any construction equipment or hazards in the building, we are encouraging you to worship online.

Finally, to further enhance visual and audio of the worship experience, we will need to make a few changes in the fellowship hall, so we are encouraging you to worship online until we can regather in the worship center some time in mid-November.

This year is turning out to be a year like no other. We will persevere through 2020 and get through whatever awaits us in 2021. You are all in our prayers and know that we are in yours, too.

In Christ’s love and ours,
2BC Staff
