This year Heart of Texas Camp forms have gone online. Each student will need both of these form completed.

See the instructions below.

1. Visit: https://registrations.heartoftexascamp.com

2. Select Summer Camper Forms

3. Fill out the form

4. When you get to the camp selection, select “Horizon #1” and then select “Second Baptist Church”

5. Complete the release form and submit

6. Complete the health form and submit
