2BC Youth have started a new series on Sundays and Wednesdays called Good News in the Neighborhood. Over the next month and a half we are going to explore the idea of what it means to be a good neighbor. We will be challenged to see our community and ourselves with fresh eyes shaped by God-directed vision. Each week the student has a Good News Experiment to do on their own during the week. These activities start with simply watching people in a communal space and moves to getting know the community of people in their daily live more deeply. The idea is to help students notice who is around, consider how God might be at work, and how God might be calling him/her to be a part of bringing good news.
March 29: This series concludes with our Sunday small groups going to lunch and heading out to complete a Good News project they have created.
